My wife ordered me the "Fuel Line Pliers & Hose Clamp Pliers Set, 14 Piece Disconnect Set with Fuel Filter Caliper Hose Pipe,Heavy-Duty Pipe Repair Set for Auto Line " for Valentine's Day. When I went to use then a month or so later, I broke one of the pliers while using them (maybe a bad casting or could be my G.I. Joe Kung Fu grip..LOL). I reached out to support at OMT and they replaced the whole set for me in just a few days. I have purchased a few OMT tools over the years and I will keep on doing so.
