Shipping Areas

Orion Motor Tech ships within the contiguous 48 U.S. states. For Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii, please contact us for a custom shipping quote. Free ground shipping is not available for these locations.

Order Processing

Orion Motor Tech processes your orders within 24 hours on weekdays. Orders with verified payment are usually processed the same business day. You’ll receive an email confirming your order, followed by a shipping notification with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery Time

Delivery within the contiguous U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on location. Delivery times may be longer during holidays.

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@orionmotortech.com. Changes may result in additional shipping fees, which must be approved before we update your shipment. Without approval, the order will ship to the original address.

Damaged, Missing, or Lost Items

Please inspect your shipment upon arrival. Report any damaged or missing items within five business days to support@orionmotortech.com. Keep the packaging and take photos if items are damaged—this helps us process your claim quickly.

Packaging

We use secure packaging to protect your items during transit. External box damage doesn’t affect your right to report product issues. Some packaging may be recycled and have unrelated markings.

Split Shipments

Items may ship separately if they are from different warehouses. This allows us to get parts of your order to you faster.
