Return/Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Orion Motor Tech! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. If you are not completely satisfied, or the product or any parts are found to be defective, you may return the item to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt.

If there is a problem with your purchase, please contact our staff with your receipt within three months of receiving the products. We will exchange defective parts for you free of charge. We aim to make you satisfied, and our customer service team will provide a pleasant after-sales experience.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Please contact our Customer Support team to start the return process. Include the following information:

  • Order number
  • Video or photo of the defective item (if applicable)

Refunds will be completed within 14 business days after we receive the returned items. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment (credit card, debit card, PayPal, etc.).

  • Wrong item received
  • Product damaged during shipping
  • Product quality issues
  • Missing parts
  • Cancelled orders

Cancel Orders

If you decide to cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will issue a full refund within 3–5 business days.

Notes

  • Only items purchased directly from Orion Motor Tech are eligible for returns. Products purchased from authorized retailers must be returned through the retailer.
  • Returned items must be in original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  • Any repair or replacement does not extend the original warranty, and no new warranty is given for replacement or repair parts.
